We have fitness groups in the Motherwell and Wishaw area that is not only focused on getting you physically “feeling” fit! We work on a full pyramid of mobility, cardio strength, speed and power.
Our group sessions and one to one sessions are structured to fit all of these skills into compact, structured sessions just one hour long.
