Boot camp classes

FREE OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP SESSIONS FOR ALL OF 2018!

Our boot camp sessions are designed to get the blood pumping, endorphins flowing and having you feeling great, supplement this with a good diet and you will be feeling fine in no time.

The sessions will last between 40-60 minutes, session types will vary, mostly being body weight exercises, stretching and cardio. The classes will take place at King George pitches beside Wishaw general hospital on a Tuesday night at 7:30pm and Sunday morning at 9:00am every week.

These classes cost just 5 pounds per week or 15 pounds for the month and entitles you to take part in both classes. These classes will stay completely free until 2019.
