So, after all the organisation and preparation we finally had our first session in Wishaw last night!
The tribe were absolutely phenomenal, what a great bunch of people. Some that we already knew from previous fitness classes and lots of newbie looking to get themselves not just in shape but performing at a higher level daily!
We put together a simple session to get people moving again, with a major emphasis on moving well and ensuring no injuries during training.
While working out it is very easy to allow your form to dip slightly which is when injuries can happen, with regular breaks, major focus on form and proper stretching techniques we can eliminate unnecessary injuries from training, become more supple and really begin performing better day to day.
We already cannot wait for our next sessions!
